Business Link helps people find work by connecting them with employers who have positions to fill. It also offers job training to Cash Assistance recipients and low-income New Yorkers.

Business Link primarily serves New Yorkers who get:

  • Cash assistance
  • SNAP (commonly known as food stamps)
  • Various housing supports
  • Other forms of financial assistance in NYC

However, any New Yorker can use Business Link’s free job matching and referral services even if they don’t receive the support above
