What incentives are there for my company to hire through this service?

You can host Learn & Earn participants at no cost; students are paid local minimum wage directly by the City of New York. Your company has an opportunity to fill short-term jobs and internships while directly contributing to a young person’s academic and early career success.

Our program focuses on serving youth and communities citywide, especially those who live in neighborhoods most affected by violence, residents of public housing, students with disabilities, and young people in the foster care system. Connecting with these diverse and talented New Yorkers helps you continue to build a workforce that reflects our communities and enables your company to engage as a leader with the next generation.
