NYCHA Resident Training Academy (NRTA): Construction Training (NYS Department of Labor approved pre-apprenticeship program) by City University of New York (CUNY) and NYC Housing Authority (NYCHA)

Community Health Opportunity with Americorps

NYCHA Health Corps by NYC Housing Authority (NYCHA)

For NYCHA residents age 18+ with a high school diploma or HSE.

  • Services Provided Internships and fellowships, Job training
  • Duration and Length More than a year.
  • Support Provided Living stipend, reimbursed travel, higher education grant, childcare, health coverage, PTO, and student loan forbearance and interest payment.
